-1. Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Director in routine follow-ups with our three factories, manage MIS reports, and maintain communication with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Regular follow-ups for reports and updates with factory teams.
– Communication and follow-ups with key clients.
– General administrative duties as directed by the MD.
Skills Required:
– Strong communication skills.
– Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
– Excellent organizational skills.
Location: Work from office, New Delhi
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Duration: 3 months (Full-time role offered post-internship, based on performance)
Start Date: ASAP
Recommendation Letter: Provided after internship completion
2. Sales Executive – B2B Sales
Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in our B2B sales, focusing on potential customers within the NCR region, with occasional travel outside the NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
– Field visits to factories and potential customers across NCR.
– Building strong customer relationships.
– Representing Barflex in all customer interactions and securing sales opportunities.
Skills Required:
– Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
– A proactive attitude for field sales.
– Own transport is preferred.
Location: On-site and in-field, primarily within NCR
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
Duration: 3 months (Full-time role offered post-internship, based on performance)
