PM Modi Discusses Rs 91,000 Crore Semiconductor Plant in Gujarat with Tata Sons and PSMC Leaders
On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a significant meeting with the leadership team of Tata Sons and Taiwan’s Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (PSMC). This meeting comes as these entities collaborate to establish a colossal Rs 91,000 crore semiconductor fabrication facility in Dholera, Gujarat.

The meeting was also attended by Railways and Electronics and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, who revealed that a detailed technology agreement had been signed between Tata Electronics and PSMC.
