The Congress and the BJP have come face to face over the ‘detention center’. First, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Thursday targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his alleged statement about not having a detention center in the country and alleged that the ‘Prime Minister of RSS’ lies to Bharat Mata. On which BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra targeted the press conference and called him the leader of liers.

Rahul Gandhi is the leader of liers
Sambit Patra hit back at Rahul, saying, ‘Rahul Gandhi ji has said that the Prime Minister of RSS lies to India. To expect good language from Rahul Gandhi is to expect too much. It would not be an exaggeration to say that we should call Rahul Gandhi the ‘head of liers’. Like how Rahul Gandhi apologized for Rafael’s case because he lied. In the December 2011 press release, the government of Rahul Gandhi himself admitted that he had built three detention centers in Assam and 362 people were placed in these centers. Will you apologize to the country again today?

Rahul Gandhi ji has no knowledge on any subject and has to put a leg on every matter. They are neither intended for CAA nor NPR.

Prime Minister lies to Mother India
Actually, while sharing a news related to Detention Center in Assam, Gandhi tweeted, ‘RSS Prime Minister lies to Bharat Mata’. After this, Amit Malviya, the incharge of BJP’s IT cell, hit back at the Congress. He tweeted a screenshot of a press release from the Press Information Bureau (PIB). It was titled that 362 illegal migrants have been sent to Detention Center in Assam.

Malviya tweeted, ‘Rahul Gandhi see this press release of 2011 which was released by the Congress government. It claimed that 362 illegal migrants have been sent to the Detention Center in Assam. Since India has continuously rejected you, do you want to break the country through politics of hate and terror?

Government is conspiring to project NRC as NPR: Congress
After the press conference of BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra, Congress alleged that there is a conspiracy by the government to convert NRC into NPR. Senior party spokesman Ajay Maken also said that the Congress would strongly oppose it if the government does not take a step backward to link NPR with NRC. He said that the UPA government had only stepped on NPR and never linked it to NRC.

The Congress leader told reporters, ‘There is a need to differentiate between NPR and NRC. NPR is for the general resident. The most important thing for an ordinary resident is that the person is giving the address of the place where he has been staying for six months in a year or wants to stay for six months ahead.

He said that the video released by congress’s former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram clearly talks about the common man. The BJP did not even talk about the common man in the last five years. He has always spoken of NRC. They did not even talk about NPR.
