During the signing ceremony, Dr. Himanshu Pathak, Secretary of DARE (Department of Agricultural Research and Education) and Director General of ICAR, shed light on the current state of Indian agriculture. He emphasized the significance of secondary agriculture in generating better remuneration for farmers. Dr. Pathak further highlighted the importance of critical agricultural inputs and season-based crop plans. He expressed his optimism about the success of this Public-Private-Peasants-Partnership (PPPP) and the collaborative efforts between ICAR and Amazon.
