Bollywood’s famous choreographer and director Remo D’Souza is seen getting caught in the legal trap. The Ghaziabad court of Uttar Pradesh has issued a non-bailable warrant against Bollywood choreographer Remo D’Souza. He is accused of taking 5 crores and not giving back and booked under various sections of Fraud and cheating.

Choreographer Remo D’Souza is alleged to had been invested Rs 5 crore in 2016 by Satendra Tyagi, a resident of Rajnagar (Ghaziabad), to make a film titled ‘Amar Must Die’, along with a promise of return of Rs 10 crore for investing five crore. The victim Satendra says that he neither got five crores nor 10 crores.

In this regard, he filed a case against the famous Bollywood choreographer Remo D’Souza in Ghaziabad.

Now in the case filed in 2016 at Sihani Gate Police Station, the court of ACJM VIII has issued non-bailable warrant. Now after the warrant is issued, Ghaziabad police will have to produce Remo D’Souza in the court. Let us tell you that in 2016, an FIR was registered against Remo under section 420, 406, 386 of IPC at a police station in Ghaziabad.
