Is Modi wave over? Or this is another Indication that the country will not tolerate any unconstitutional actions of a political party

Since the news broke of Fadnavis assuming power at the State, there were a lot of questions raised on the constitutional norms and values of the Indian democracy. What followed was rather unprecedented. In times when the faith in the judiciary seems diminishing, the Supreme Court did come forward and order for a floor test within 24 hours, after hearing the matter. The said decision of the court did build pressure on the BJP, claiming false numbers of support for the formation of the government. However, late, the judgment was pronounced; it did bag a win for democracy.

Political Suicide or Masterstroke? MahaCrisis comes to an end

In a full picture view, the NCP is now set to form the government in Maharashtra in coalition with Congress and Shiv Sena. On the other hand, Ajit Pawar has been cleared in nine ongoing corruption cases. What the BJP is left with is nothing but a nation-wide insult for staging a political drama and undermining the constitutional norms. Now, Ajit Pawar returns to the NCP, not with very clean hands. With MLAs disappearing to being found again, Sharad Pawar is now an acclaimed political mastermind for the country.

Has Fadnavis 3 day government broken the records of 13 days Atal Bihari government??

The new three-day government of the BJP with Devendra Fadnavis as the chief minister is certainly not unprecedented in the history of the political party. In 1996, when it was the first Hindu nationalist government in India, it collapsed in just 13 days. The prime minister in power for 13 days was Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee who resigned before facing a vote of confidence in the Parliament.

Is BJP going to take the revenge of this insult? What after ACB clean chit? Another CBI or ED case on Ajit Pawar?

After a political turn of tables in the fascinating Maharashtra elections, the BJP has been embarrassed on a national level. They secretly arranged for swearing-in of Devendra Fadnavis, getting the approval of who is now called a BJP-run governor Koshiayri and the rubber stamp of the President has all resulted into nothing. Now what is of interest is what comes next. The majoritarian party is known for an act of vengeance filled come back to their personal and political rivals.

Fadnavis could stay PM for 80 hours only, full story of end of political drama

The political drama of Maharashtra was finally closed today. Devendra Fadnavis resigned as CM 24 hours before the majority test. Two hours before this, Ajit Pawar resigned as deputy CM. This time Fadnavis could remain in the post of CM for just 80 hours. Let us tell you the events from the morning of 24 November till now, which surprised people at every turn.

Game over for BJP in Maharashtra? Ajit Pawar and Fadnavis resigns, now Governor Koshiyari under scanner

In the given situations, who would say the Congress is exaggerating in demanding the resignation of Governor Koshiyari. Legally the game is in favour of the Governor, given the immunity under Article 361 but morally he is now pulled from all sides. Given the record, it is not likely for the BJP to end the melodrama on this note. What becomes interesting is what more desperate measures are left with the BJP to reveal to the world in their hunger for power. So is operation lotus has a game over or has it paused to hit back the political fora harder?

Two resignations in an hour: Ajit Pawar left BJP as soon as Supreme Court verdict came, Fadnavis left power

The second term of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis for five years did not last even for four days. Fadnavis was sworn in as chief minister on Saturday morning, on the basis of Ajit Pawar's trust, and immediately removed President's rule from the center. Ajit was made the Deputy Chief Minister. In just three days after forming a secret government, Ajit Pawar realized that uncle Sharad Pawar had the key to power. On Tuesday morning, the Supreme Court ruled on the floor test, and in the afternoon, Ajit Pawar quietly resigned. Fadnavis also announced his resignation after an hour. In this way, after winning the Lok Sabha elections with an absolute majority, Maharashtra the first major state eloped from the hands of BJP. BJP MLA Kalidas Columbkar was made the protem speaker and has called the first session of the assembly at 8 am on Wednesday, in which the MLAs will be administered the oath.

Maharashtra election has been a lesson for BJP to not to play with constitution of India

It seems BJP is always ready to get collated with any party to humiliate Congress. But as said’ every evil has its end’, recent Maharashtra election case has shaken the over-confidence level of BJP showing them their place.
