A 26-year-old veterinary doctor, who was waiting near a toll plaza, was murdered after Scooty’s tire was punctured. The Cyberabad police arrested four accused in the case on Friday. These are truck drivers and cleaners. They held the doctor hostage for seven hours after drinking alcohol and gang-raped her. After this, the body was taken 30 km away and set on fire.

The Veterinary Doctor lived in Shadnagar and worked in a Veterinary Hospital in Shamshabad, about 30 km from there. She used to park her two-wheeler every day on the Tondupalli toll plaza on the Hyderabad-Bengaluru National Highway and take a cab from there to the hospital. The doctor was raped from Wednesday night to Thursday morning. On Friday, this matter came into the headlines across the country.

The doctor got a tire puncture of her two-wheeler on Wednesday night

On Wednesday itself, the doctor returned from the Veterinary Hospital to the toll plaza and from there left to go to another clinic. At 9.22 pm, the doctor told her sister on the phone that her two-wheeler had a tire puncture. A person has offered her help. After some time, she called again and told that the person offering help is saying that all the shops around are closed and the scooty will have to be taken elsewhere to get the puncture fixed.

She was scared when she called
Family members said in a statement to the police that she was scared when the doctor called her sister. The sister suggested her to leave the two-wheeler there and book the cab and return home. But the doctor said that she felt awkward waiting in the toll plaza on the highway. The doctor later told her sister that there are strangers around, they are staring at her and she is scared. A lorry is standing nearby, where few people are present. The doctor told her sister that she kept talking to her on the phone. Later the doctor’s phone switched off at 9:44 pm. The family filed a missing report to the police.

4 people raped her, took the body 30 km away after the murder spot

According to the police, trucks and lorries parked near Tondupalli toll plaza due to no entry at night. On Wednesday night, four truck drivers and cleaners were drinking near the toll plaza. During this time, due to her two-wheeler puncture, They took her with them on the pretext of getting puncture fixed. They raped the doctor on Wednesday night from 9.30 pm to 4 am Thursday. After this, the doctor was killed. They took the corpse under a bridge about 30 km away. Then the body was wrapped in a sheet and sprayed kerosene and set on fire. After this, the two accused arrived on the bike and the rest from the lorry. Ahmed Pasha, a resident of Narayanpet, is the main accused in the case.

Farmer saw burnt corpse

A farmer about 30 km from the toll plaza on the Hyderabad-Bangalore highway, on Thursday morning saw her burnt body. He informed the police. Police called the family members of the doctor to the spot on the basis of the missing report. The carcass of the doctor was identified by the dark scarf and gold pendant. Police also found bottles of liquor from the vicinity. Police launched an investigation based on a truck. The truck belongs to a person living in Rajendra Nagar. Ahmed Pasha used to work as a driver in his truck. After investigation, police arrested Ahmed Pasha, Chenna Keshav Lu, Shiva Jolu and Naveen Kumar.
