SC orders for the reconstruction of Ravi Das Temple in New Delhi

The decision was passed by a bench comprising of Justices Arun Mishra and S Ravindra Bhat. Attorney General K K Venugopal remarked that the Centre has a revised offer of offering 400 square meters, instead of the earlier offer of 200 square metre area for the temple. Bombay HC quashed the order of CCI in Star-Sony litigation

The grounds of quashing the said order of probe was failed jurisdictional test as laid down in an earlier decision of the Supreme Court in Competition Commission of India v. Bharti Airtel, operating as a precedent now.
